In July 2017, the Sarva Dharma choir was blessed to perform at Sathya Sai’s spiritual headquarters in Puttaparthi for the fourth time, presenting songs to express their gratitude as well as to gain new inspiration and energy for their future endeavours. The choir which is conducted by Maria Quoos, consists of 40 Polish, Lithuanian and Latvian performers joined by Durgesh Srivastava, a drummer from India.

The trip in India began with a visit to Dharmakshetra, Sathya Sai’s spiritual home in Mumbai, where the choir performed as part of the Guru Poornima festival celebrations, which is a day for celebrating spiritual teachers in our lives. The concert was enthusiastically received by hundreds of listeners in Mumbai, and the choir had the great honour and pleasure to see Sathya Sai’s room there.

The choir then flew to Puttaparthi for a performance in Sai Kulwant Hall, which took place on 13th of July 2017. . They were also privileged to perform in the Chaitanya Jyoti Museum.

On the return journey, the choir gave a performance at the Sai Ramesh Hall in Whitefield, Sathya Sai’s spiritual home in Bangalore, on 21st of July, after which they were also given the opportunity to spend some time visiting Trayee Brindavan – Sathya Sai’s residence there.

The choir returned to Europe full of energy and inspiration for their personal work as well as their collective work within the choir.
